My professional world allows me to bring my creativity to the exciting frontiers of education. I’m very much invested in the idea that we can create a future of education that focuses on cultivating learners as talent-fueled first-class humans.

In my work I get to collaborate with inspiring and talented people to explore the cultivation and measurement of what are often referred to as 21st Century Skills. These are skills like Creative Thinking, Collaboration, Team Effectiveness, and Problem Solving. These are skills that allow people to transform and apply their knowledge and expertise to innovate and excel in a quickly evolving world. These are the skills that will be required for the jobs of the future that don’t exist yet. These are skills that go beyond what people know and expand into how they interact with and understand the world around them.

Through this work I get to gain insights from collaborators around the globe that are invested in the same mission - a better future for education. Team work makes the dream work. I’ve worked on collections of teams across a number of different industries and revel in the rainbow of talent that exists when we are able to break out of conventional thinking and tap into the true talent, strengths, and passions of those who share a common mission. The future is bright!
